Council closes for construction

On a recent visit to City Hall, I noticed that the area around Council chambers (Andrew S. Haydon Hall) was closed off. It looks like construction.
Of course, there are many who would hope that repair at City Hall extended to more than just the physical infrastructure.
With no meetings at City Hall this week, I guess it's true--everyone does go on holidays in the summer!
